How To Kill German Cockroaches in Mount Lawley, Perth

If you’ve got a German cockroach infestation, you need to hear this. They’re the little cockroaches. They mainly inhabit kitchens, and a lot of the time you’ll find them underneath the kitchen sink. You’ll also find them behind the fridge, the microwave, maybe the coffee machine, they even get into your router. They they just get into all your appliances and cupboards.
They’re they’re the little cockroach. You think that you you might have sprayed them with something and you’re not seeing them, but then you’ll come out for a glass of water in the middle of the night, you’ll flick the light on and bang, there’ll be cockroaches everywhere. And they’re the little ones. They’re no longer than 15 millimeters long and they’ve got two black stripes on the back of their head. And it doesn’t matter how much you spray them with Mortein, they keep coming back. And there’s a good reason they keep coming back.
Repellent insecticides, which Mortein is, are repellent. It kills these cockroaches on contact, but it doesn’t get to where the cockroaches are hiding and where they reproduce. And that is in the cracks and crevices of your kitchen. A lot of the time, they’re in the void behind your kickboard in your kitchen. Uh, a place where you can’t get to. So,
  • The female German cockroach, get this, she will lay five egg sacs in her life.
  • Each egg sac has 50 eggs, up to 50 eggs, so she’ll live sort of three months to six months.
  • So every three to six months, one female German cockroach can give birth to up to 250 baby German cockroaches. We call them nymphs is the technical term.
  • Now, these nymphs after after about a month or so, they’re sexually mature themselves and they can start reproducing. So, that’s why these numbers these cockroaches their numbers just explode.
And that’s why the Morteins of this world don’t do anything because they don’t get to where the egg sacs are and that’s where the breeders are.
Now, there’s no chemicals available on the market anywhere in the world that can penetrate the egg sac of a German cockroach. So what we need to use, folks, is non-repellent insecticides. And what that means is that the bugs don’t even know that they’re walking on something that’s going to actually hurt them long-term.
Now, the trick with German cockroaches is we don’t want to kill them straight away. We want to apply enough chemical so that they pick it up on their body and long-term they will die, maybe after a week or so. But what we don’t want is them for them to die in the first 24 hours because what we want is the German cockroaches to interact with each other. So, you know what they do? They feed each other, they groom each other, they eat each other’s poo, they eat each other when they’re dead. They are disgusting little creatures. They carry harmful pathogens. They’re terrible. So, we need these German cockroaches out of our kitchen and out of our lives. And using these special chemicals with the transfer effect, licensed pest controllers can eliminate your German cockroach problem once and for all.
So, you know, the long-term a good strategy to keep cockroaches out of your kitchen is to keep your kitchen nice and clean. So, throw away all your food that’s open, that is out of date, do a deep clean of your kitchen cupboards every couple of months, so you you know exactly what’s in there. You throw away stuff that you don’t use anymore. Any spilled food gets cleaned up, fix any water leaks you’ve got in your kitchen. There’s another great non-chemical means of control.
German cockroaches, they are just disgusting and you don’t want them in your life.
